ResponderEliminar@mimiikonn @alexikonn WOW ..I'm currently, the last week going through a major decision : i want to leave Canada for, at least a year and go to EUROPE! I have a great job here, i'm a nurse. But the thing is i want to travel and see and learn the world. I feel it' s a " now or never" type of decision. I don't have any kids and i am still renting. I know, i know,it is not going to be easy, i have dept and two cats lol but i wil DO IT. I can't stop thinking about it. I have no idea how but i will do it!! Its funny that i just found this video, i feel it was meant to be seen tonight :) thankkkss

ResponderEliminarHi mimi and alex! I am currently a university student in toronto and this video really related to my situation exactly regarding life choices and risk taking. All my life i have been living a life of confusion and doubt in my own abilities due to the influences of people i value such as my parents and it is just really refreshing to view this video seeing how your past situation regarding school practically mirrors my current life but mostly how you had the courage to overcome those uncertainties of the future and believe in yourself! I am gradually coming to terms with that myself but this video definitely hit hard for me to make decisions for myself from now on and i am just really grateful i discovered your channels back in their early days as your daily motivation posts and videos are what really keep the dreamer in me going and helps escape my everyday negativity that brings me down! You both are truly inspirational figures and just want yall to know you are changing many lives out there, mine included and to continue spreading your positivity and love into the world!

ResponderEliminarYou are doing a wonderful job! You are leading the life you dreamt about but unfortunately most people conform and never realize their full potential. I live in a small island (Cyprus) and always was on the same line of thinking like you.. Have lived in London and also New York for a bit (exactly for this reason) but circumstances brought me back. The thing is, most people here don't even "get" this notion, of being an entrepreneur and taking risks to follow your dreams. They choose safe education, and safe jobs, and at the end they are all mserable. Which is sad, because we only live once! I am doing my best not to conform and working on my own business with people who aspire the same things. Thanks again for all the wonderful inspiration, and i'm glad there are people like you who can show everyone that it's possible!

The end of this video truly gave me life <3 I've found answers to a deep anxiety: I'm about to choose my medical specialty and had a hard time knowing whether to choose the specialty I love, or the specialty my parents thought would be honorable and useful to society. But you know what? I think that a happy person is way more useful to society than a miserable one, regardless of what the heck she does in her life. Thanks Mimi!! xo from France

Well said Mimi and Alex.. doctors did a study and they found that the number one day that most heart attacks are on is Monday's ..people getting up going to job that they do not enjoy, that they actually dread... just because they are playing it safe..
